It has been awhile but I am back.

Found out my sister was diagonsised with diabetes not sure where to go on helping her through this new part of her world. a tad worried and a tad consumed by research. She is near and dear to me and I am not sure what websites are valid and what not. That is the frustrating thing I think.

Other then that barely can get on the internet and yet somehow I got on today woohoo

sometimes the laptop works other times it does not whatever the case. at least I can vent . Woohoo

I have diabetes so I understand what you are going through.



http://www.diabetes.org/ is a good website, but the disease is different for every one and what works for some doesn't work for others.



The best thing to do as far as food is concerned is for her to go to a dietician, I put it off for years and I now wish I had done it sooner.
